COVID-19 Update:
Exceptional Vacations COVID-19 Health and Safety Plan*
The safety of our travelers and staff is the most important thing for all of us at Exceptional Vacations.
We request travelers provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination prior to traveling on an Exceptional Vacations trip. If we do not receive a proof of vaccination the traveler will need to follow CDC recommendations for un-vaccinated individuals. In addition, without proof of vaccination, the traveler may be subject to activity restrictions imposed by third parties such as theme parks, etc.
We will be requiring our customers to complete a COVID-19 waiver along with our usual registration forms. In addition, a Travel Pledge will need to be completed and given to the trip leader prior to the day of arrival.
We also recommend customers purchase travel insurance. Exceptional Vacations will quote out Travel Safe Classic Plan travel insurance upon registering you for the vacation. You can also purchase your own travel insurance plan.
If Exceptional Vacations needs to postpone a vacation for any reason, the customer will have the option to travel on the re-scheduled trip, transfer their money to another trip, or receive a full-refund.
Please do not hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions.
*Since the COVID-19 Pandemic is a fluid situation, our Health and Safety Plan is subject to change.
